TITLE: Agenda Item No. 7: Approval and Award of Maintenance and Repair
Service Agreement with RD Systems
ABSTRACT:
This item was to approve a three-year Maintenance and Repair Service
Agreement with RD Systems to repair, maintain, install and update city alarm and
security systems.
RECOMMENDATION:
Remove the item from the agenda.
DISCUSSION:
Due to complications associated with the Vender's ability to comply with State
required bonding requirements, staff is pulling this item and work with the Vender
to develop an alternative contract so as to provide the needed services.
