The estimated timeline for completion of the improvements is no later than June of 2021. If the plans are approved and the association approves sooner than anticipated, we could possibly complete by end of March 2021. We are asking that the associated TI Permit # X2020-2786 can obtain a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy as we continue to work thru the site improvements. As you can see from the attached schedule, the TI scope of work is anticipating a completion by this Friday, March 12th with the tenant looking to move in the space following inspections. Thank you for working with us and please do not hesitate to call if you have any questions. Sincerely, Carla Alexander Construction Manager cc: Nick Arambarri, LPA 500 UV Sroadway. Dear Dan, Niko from my team stopped by the plan check office today and informed me that you needed additional information emailed over to you. Please find the attached plan and site plan in 11x17 format as suggested. Additionally, in the Alternate Means Response you will find additional justification for the domes. The locations where the proposed domes will be located is in the transition from a walkway to the loading zones of accessible parking stalls. The parking stalls are located along a driveway that is not a part of the site's main vehicular traffic circulation route. I have also provided a sketch below outlining the speed control measures on site, that include a parking gate as well as a speed dip in the vicinity of the proposed stalls. Please feel free to reach out with any additional questions.
