The FL- PS6(C) is a 6 amp and the FL-PS10(C) is a 10 amp, remote power supply with battery charger that may be connected to any 12 or 24 volt fire alarm control panel (FACP) or used as a standalone power supply. Initial charging current should be set at less than 0.25C Amps. Switch to float charge to avoid overcharging. "Float" or "Stand -By" Service: Apply constant voltage charge of 2.25v/c - 2.30v/c (13.5 to 13.8 volts for 12v Monobloc at 20°C. When held at this voltage, the battery will seek its own current level and maintain itself in a fully charged condition. Temperature Compensation: Charging Voltage for both Cyclic and Standby applications should be regulated in relation to ambient temperature. As temperature rises charging voltage should be reduced to prevent overcharge and increased as temperature falls to avoid undercharge. The SD500-ANM provides a single class A or B circuit that is controlled by the I ntelliKnight's Signaling Line Circuit. Power for the circuit is provided to the SD500-ANM module from a separate powersupply, making it easy to power remote devices. The notification circuit, remote power and communication to the SD500-ANM are supervised by the FACP. Each notification module is programmed with a unique SLC loop address. When an event that controls the notification module occurs, the notification switches its built-in relayfeeding power from the auxiliary power input to the notification appliance. The SD500-ANM can produce at[ 16 of the notification patterns available on the fire alarm control panel.
