Per M-0.0 General Notes #14.
The Mechanical Design is based on individual balancing for the Tenant.
Each Supply Grille has its own Lever to adjust the CFM as the tenant allows
for there comfort, therefore no MVD at the supply duct are not required.
This allows adjustment as needed for there satisfaction at each area as desired.

1. The stairs shown on the plans calls for existing beams that are not existing and are just two 2x12. Are
beams required? If so, the beam will not have anything to tie -on or support it. Please provide how to
proceed with this. Refer to images and plans attached for reference. This is typical of all areas where the
stairs are to be infilled. Still need to verify basement to first floor area.
2. One of the stairs are also not shown in the drawing and would need infill details as well.

Existing Plywood sheathing conditions at the project has been investigated.
The conditions of the existing plywood have been reviewed.
The conclusions are as follows:
Plywood:
(E) roof plywood sheathing with good condition can be reused.
Damaged plywood sheathing (see example pic
shall be replaced with new plywood.
Nailing:
The New Nails can be installed over existing plywood with good condition.
Where nails are to be installed to the edge of the plywood, they are to be
installed at least''/i' from the edge. Spacing of nails shall be per plan. The
new nails shall be installed in between the existing holes with a minimum
of edge distance.
Avoid installing new nails over existing holes. Where new nails are
installed over existing holes. Add a new nail to compensate for that nail.
Care shall be taken when installing nails on the edge of the existing
plywood. Avoid splitting the edge of plywood, otherwise, replace with new
plywood.
Blocking Underside of the Plywood :
Blocks for plywood diaphragm and future screen wall have been inspected and
they have been installed per plan.

at 0.85 of the catalog table load.
