Re: Address Verification for 323 and 323 ½ Marguerite Avenue
(Assessor’s Parcel Number 052-102-20)
Dear Mr. Tooma,
Per your request, we are verifying addresses of two units at the subject property
as a duplex is currently under construction.
The existing designations of an “A” and “B” Marguerite Avenue on site will be
changed to the following:
323 Marguerite Avenue will be the address of the front unit (located primarily off
Marguerite Avenue) and 323 ½ Marguerite Avenue will be the address of the back
unit (located primarily off the alley).
The address numbers should be at least four inches high, of contrasting color to
their background, and clearly visible from the street. We will advise City
departments; however, it will be your responsibility to inform all other affected
agencies, such as the U. S. Postal Service, Orange County Assessor, utilities, etc.
Please be sure to notify your local telephone service carrier so that responses to
any “9-1-1” emergency calls are dispatched to a valid address.
