As you requested on behalf of the property owner, we are approving the address 3140 Breakers
Drive on this lot as the address of the new upper dwelling unit. The new lower dwelling unit will
retain the address 3130 Breakers Drive which has been previously associated with the property.
We will notify City departments; however, it will be your responsibility to advise all other affected
agencies, such as the U. S. Postal Service, utilities, etc. Please be sure to inform the local
telephone service carrier so that responses to any "9-1-1" emergency calls are dispatched to
valid addresses:
The address numbers should be at least four inches tall, of contrasting color to their
background, and clearly visible from Breakers Drive.
