Dear Mr. Woodworth:
As you requested, we are adding the address 947 West Balboa Boulevard to this
parcel since it has recently been developed as a duplex. The existing address 945
West Balboa Boulevard will remain a valid address for the easterly dwelling unit on
site.
We will notify City departments; however, it is your responsibility to advise all other
affected agencies, such as the U. S. Postal Service, utilities, etc. Please be sure to
inform the local telephone service carrier so that responses to any "9-1-1" emergency
calls are dispatched to legal addresses.
The address numbers should be at least four inches high, of contrasting color to their
background, and clearly visible from the street.
