4. COUNCILMANIC REDISTRICTING. (4:00 P.M.)
Action: Receive and file, and direct the introduction of a Redistricting Ordinance.
5. LOCAL COASTAL PROGRAM CERTIFICATION (JOINT
WITH PLANNING COMMISSION). (4:45 P.M.)
Action: Provide City Council/Planning Commission oversight to staff in the Local Coastal
Program Certification process.
PUBLIC COMMENTS (Public comments are invited on non - agenda items generally
considered to be within the subject matter jurisdiction of the
Council —Speakers must limit comments to 3- minutes).
