regarding the dwelling which the City of
Newport Beach has for sale has been
referred**to this office for reply.
On May 9, 1960, the City Council adopted
a resolution authorizing the sale of the
duelling located at 213 Walnut Street,
Newport Beach, and directing the Purchas-
ing Agent to advertise it for sale. We
are., therefore, forwarding your letter
to his with the request that he furnish
you the desired information.

Subject: Resolution authorizing sale of dwelling in Tract 772
Forwarded is a resolution which, if adopted by the City Council,
will authorize the Purchasing Agent to sell the single -story
wood frame dwelling located at 213 Walnut Street, Newport Beach,
so that the property on which it is located may be improved for
use as a public street.
This piece of property was acquired by the City after filing its
action in eminent domain to acquire certain properties in Tract
No. 772 for use as a public street.
