Services/Repair Agreement with CSA Holdings, Inc. for As -Needed
Sport and Recreational Field Services
Since the posting of the agenda and at the request of the Municipal Operations
Department, the City Attorney's Office prepared a revised Maintenance Services/Repair
Agreement with CSA Holdings, Inc. to clarify that the annual compensation shall be no
more than $250,000 per year with a total not -to -exceed compensation of $750,000.00.
We recommend that you approve this item as amended, and have provided an execution
copy to the City Clerk's office.
