TITLE: Request to Waive a Portion of Council Policy L-21 to Accommodate
a Sidewalk Caf6 (Outdoor Dining) within the Public Right -of -Way
along Marine Avenue on Balboa Island Adjacent to the Village Inn
ABSTRACT:
Appeal of the Planning Commission's approval of a Sidewalk Cafe and Outdoor Dining
project located in front of the Village Inn restaurant at 127 Marine Avenue on Balboa
Island. The project requires a waiver of certain portions of Council Policy L-21 to
construct the outdoor dining project as requested by the owners of the Village Inn.
RECOMMENDATION:
Remove this item from the calendar.
