A RESOLUTION APPROVING MAP SHOWING
PORTION OF CERTAIN ALLEY IN THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH PROPOSED TO BE
VACATED, CLOSED UP AND ABANDONED.
WHEREAS, the City Engineer of the City of Newport
Beach has presented to the City Council of the City of Newport
Beach a certain map shoving a portion of a certain alley which
the City of Newport Beach proposes to vacate, close up, and
abandon, in Block 14, Tract 234, in the City of Newport Beach,
County of Orange, State of California, and described as
follows, towit:
All that portion of that certain alley 20 feet
In width in Block 14, as shown upon a map of Tract
234 recorded in Miscellaneous Map Book 13, page 36,
Records of Orange County, California and more par-
ticularly described as follows, towit:
Beginning at the most southerly corner of Lot 15
of said Block 14, thence northeasterly along the
.southeasterly lines of Lots 15, 16, 17- and 18 of said
Block to the most easterly corner of said Lot 18,
thence southeasterly in a direct line to the most
northerly corner of Lot 19 of said Block 14, thence
southwesterly along the northwesterly line of said
Lot 19 to the most westerly corner thereof, thence
northwesterly on a direct line to the point of
beginning.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that said map be,
and the same is hereby approved, ana the City Clerk of the City
of Newport Beach is ordered and directed to file the same in the
proceedings for the abandonment of a portion of said alley, and
that said ma -n be used in connection with the Resolution of
Intention this day passed in reference to the abandonment of
said portion of said alley.
The above and foregoing Resolution No -1 4e was
passed at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Newport Beach held on the )-�k4 day of March, 1947, by the

regularly adopted, passed, and approved by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach, California, at a regular meeting of
said City Council held at the regular meeting place thereof, on
the 24th day of March , 19479 by the following
