I am so excited to hear about your project 20452 Santa Ana Avenue in Newport Beach. I recently sold
the property nearby at 20263 Estuary. Both my Buyer and I believe that adding more new construction
to the area, as well as the redevelopment in general on that corner of Mesa and Santa Ana will bring
added value to the neighborhood. Thank you so much for your hard work and bringing a fresh look to
that part of Newport Beach. I look forward to seeing the product when complete. I know that there will
be so much interest.
