revised rates and Code revisions.
January 2016: City Council approved mooring rates.
February 2017: Harbor Commission recommends Council
review and approval.

Mooring Transfers
IN Unlimited transfers between private parties. Maximum one transfer per year.
3. Mooring Transfer Fee
■ Current fee is 50% of annual permit fee.
40' boat x $35.43 = $1,417.20 x 50% = $708.60
Council 2015 recommendation: 10% of fair market value mooring permit transfer price.
Harbor Commission recommends 75% of annual permit fee.
Accurate, uncontested transfer fee.
Does not distort the required posted fair market value in No. 5 below.
