You seemed to have found money to landscape Irvine Boulevard, Superior, Dover etc but not us. My friend served on the PCH CAP Committee in 2011 and I wonder why The other four CAP Committee agendas have been funded and not us. Thousands of dollars have been spent on the planning and landscape plans. You are going to put it off for so long that those plans will be obsolete. Please do not bring up the difficulty of working with Cal Trans. After 6 years I would hope you could have figured this out. I would like to remind you that when you were elected you were expected to serve the entire city. I would like to suggest that you spend less time worrying about installing newspaper stands in Corona Del Mar and more time in figuring out how you can fund the landscaping of Pacific coast Highway in West Newport." When PCH was not funded in 2014/2015 budget, I was assured that it would be funded the first thing in the 2016/2017. Thousands of dollars have been spent on the planning and landscape plans.
