City Council regarding any item on this agenda will be made
available for public inspection in the Office of the City Clerk

NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Special Meeting of the City Council of the City of
Newport Beach has been scheduled for Tuesday, November 24, 2009, at 3:30 p.m. for the
purpose of holding a Study Session (early start time). The meeting will be held in the City
Council Chambers, 3300 Newport Boulevard, Newport Beach, California.
