1. CLARIFICATION OF ITEMS ON THE CONSENT CALENDAR. (4:00 P.M.)
2. PARKING METER FEE INCREASE. (4:15 P.M.)
Action: Provide direction to staff to agendize this matter for the May 23, 2000
meeting.
3. FISCAL YEAR 2000 -2001 BUDGET OVERVIEW. (4:30 P.M.)
4. PROPOSED HARBOR ELEMENT AND HARBOR COMMISSION. (5:30 P.M.)
Action: 1) Discussion on the addition of a proposed Harbor Element to the
General Plan and the formation of a Harbor Commission; and
2) Provide direction to staff to agendize this matter for the May 23, 2000
meeting.
