PUBLIC NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Newport Beach will
establish the City's Appropriations Limit for Fiscal Year 2017-18, pursuant to Article
13B of the State Constitution on Tuesday, June 13, 2017, at 7:00 p.m. or soon
thereafter in the Council Chambers at 100 Civic Center Drive, Newport Beach.
APPROPRIATION LIMIT:
Article 13B Appropriation for Fiscal Year 2017-18 $186,181,146
Total Appropriations Subject to Limit 155,427,862
Amount Under Limit 30.753.284
Copies of the calculation of the Fiscal Year 2017-18 Appropriations Limit are available for
public inspection on the City's website at http://www.newportbeachca.gov/finance.
