of Completion for Contract No. 8130-2 (Project No.

Since the posting of the agenda, the Public Works Department is requesting a correction to the
title and description of the staff report for Agenda Item 6. Staff is also requesting an additional
recommendation be added to Agenda Item 6. This was inadvertently left out of the staff report.
Correction:
Insert Bonita "Canyon" Sports Park and remove Bonita Creek Sports Park wording within the
title and staff report.
Additional Recommendation:
d) Accept the completed work and authorize the City Clerk to file a Notice of Completion for
the project.
Staff recommends that you app ove this item as amended.
