NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that nn Tuesday,
November 14, 2017, at 7:00 p.m., a public meeting will be
conducted in the City Council Chambers at 100 Civic Center Drive,
Newport Beach. the City Council of the City of Newport Beach will
consider the following:
ANNUAL, REPORTING ON DEVELOPMENT IMPACT
FEES & DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENTS, which is required
pursuant to the kiitigation Fee Act (Government Code Section 66000, et
seq. ).
Consideration of the report Is exempt from the California Environmental
Quality Act 10E4A1 pursuant to Sections 150b0(c) (2) (the activity will not
result in a direct of reasonably foreseeable indiirect physical change in the
environment) and 1506016(3) (the activity is not a protect as defined in
Section 15370) of the CEOA Guidelines, California Code of Regulations,
Title 14, Chapter 3, because it has no potential for resulting in physical
change to the emirorfinent4 dorectly or indirectly.
Copies of the Development Impact Fee Report are available for public
review and inspection at the Finance Department (Bat C, Seconc Floor)
and City Clerk's Office (Bay E, Second Floorl, located at the Civic tenter,
100 Civic Center Drive, Newport Beach and on the Finance Department's
website at•rrww.newoortbeachca,oavlfirance.
