Dear Council, Members; I was SO delighted to hear on the news about the Newport Beach City Council was
expected to vote to vacate all approvals for the Newport Banning Ranch project. You have heard all of the
reasoning so I will only comment that I represent several voting factions in Newport Beach, Costa Mesa, and
Huntington Beach. My friends and family would ALL be negatively affected in some way if this property is
