✓ Regrade existing field &Install New Turf Playing Surface (sod)
✓ Widened Boardwalk to provide Increased Separation of Boardwalk Users &
Students/Playfield Users; Correct Drainage/Standing Water Issue
✓ Replace Adjacent Playground Access Sidewalk
✓ Add 21" high Seat Wall Around Field to Protect from Blowing Sand
V Install new Water -Efficient Irrigation & Controls It
✓ Relocate Existing Play Equipment further back from Boardwalk (Safety Imp)

Project Schedule & Next Steps
➢ April thru July 2018 — Construction
• Boardwalk & Hardscape Installed — during Spring Break
• Grading, Wall Construction, Black Top modifications, Drainage and
Irrigation follows through to the End of School Year
• Lastly, Sod Installed right after School Ends
➢ July 2018—June 2019 -Turf Establishment & Maintenance
• Turf Establish over Summer (no play on the field)
• 240 days Continued Contractor Maintenance (over next school year)
