Item 5, Agenda 4/10/2018, Balboa Peninsula Trolley
Support The Central Newport Beach Community Association (CNBCA) is pleased to have the
opportunity to support the recommended actions of Item 5. CNBCA has a long-standing
policy of support for a peninsula shuttle system. The Balboa trolley proved its success last
summer in its initial year. While helping visitors it also became a popular way for local residents
to access friends, restaurants, and businesses. We look forward to its continued success!
