TITLE: Agreement for Refuse Container Collection Services with Roberts
Waste & Recycling, Inc.
RECOMMENDATION:
Continue the item to the May 8, 2018 City Council meeting.
DISCUSSION:
Following the publishing of the April 24, 2018 City Council Agenda, staff received a letter
from one of the proposers regarding the selection of the firm in the Request for Proposals
process. In order to fully review any potential issues with the RFP vendor selection
process, staff is requesting the City Council continue this item to the May 8, 2018 City
Council Meeting.
