RESOLUTION NO*�
A RESOLUTION APPROVING MAP SHOWING A CERTAIN
ALLEY IN THE CITY OF NE'W'PORT BEACH PROPOSED
TO BE VACATED, CLOSED UP, AND ABANDONED.
WHEREAS, the City Engineer of the City of Newport Beach
has presented to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach a
certain map showing a certain alley which the City of Newport Beach
proposes to vacate, close up, and abandon, and described as follows
to_wit:
All of that alley 14 feet in width in Block H, as shown
upon a map of Tract No. 323, recorded in Miscellaneous
Maps, Book 14, pages 40 & 41, and Block 436, as shown
upon a map of Corona Del Mar, Records of Orange County,
California, and more particularly described as follows,
to -wit:
Beginning at the most westerly corner of Lot 1, Block H.
of said Tract No. 323; thence, southwesterly in a direct
line to the most northerly corner of Lot 10 of said Block
436; thence, southeasterly along the northeasterly line of
said Lot 10 th the most easterly corner thereof; thence,
southwesterly along the southeasterly lines of Lots 10, B,
6, 4 and 2 of said Block 436 to the most southerly corner
of said Lot 2; thence, southwesterly in a direct line to
the most westerly corner of Lot 1 of said Block 436; thenoe,
northeasterly along the northwesterly line -of lots 1 and 3
and its northeasterly prolongation to its intersection with
the southeasterly prolongation of the southwesterly line
of Lots 1 and 2 of said Block H; thence, northwesterly
along said line of prolongation to the point of beginning.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said map be, and the
same is hereby approved, and the City Clerk of the City of Newport
Beach is ordered and directed to file the same in the proceedings fj
the abandonment of said alley, and that said map be used in connec-
tion with the Ordinance of Intention this day passed in reference
to the abandonment of said alley.
The above and foregoing Resolution No.lukwas passed at
a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Newport Beach,
held on the 22nd day of April, 1946, by the followine vote, to -w t:
