All of the herein proposed work shall be done in pursuance of an Act of the Legislature of the State of California, designated "STREET OPENING ACT OF 188911, and amendments thereto. For further particulars reference is hereby made to said Resolution of Intention No. 1653, which is dated the V, th day of September, 1939, and on file with the Clerk of the City of Newport Beach. The Clerk of the City of Newport Beach is herewith instructed to record a copy of this Resolution Ordering 5.
