PUBLIC NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Newport Beach will
establish the City's Appropriations Limit for Fiscal Year 2018-19, pursuant to Article 13B
of the State Constitution on Tuesday, June 12, 2018, at 7:00 p.m. or soon thereafter in
the Council Chambers at 100 Civic Center Drive, Newport Beach.
APPROPRIATION LIMIT:
Article 13B Appropriation Limit for Fiscal Year 2018-19 $194,345,791
Total Appropriations Subject to Limit 169,638,419
Amount Under Limit 24.707.372
Copies of the calculation of the Fiscal Year 2018-19 Appropriations Limit are available for
public inspection on the City's website at http://www.newportbeachca.gov/finance.
