Employment Agreement
Base Salary: $265,000
lo Start Date: September 4, 2018
Term: Z years with automatic extension for
12 months unless either party provides notice
6 months severance
lo Employee Benefits:
Flex Leave: 8.77 hrs./pay period (400 hours max.)
(80 hour leave bank)
Administrative Leave: 80 hours per calendar year 1
(no accrual)
Deferred Compensation: $5,300/year
Annual Physical Exam: Up to $1,250
Automobile Allowance: $500/month
