Staff respectfully requests Item No. 5 — Second Reading and Adoption of
Ordinance No. 2018-14 be pulled from the November 27, 2018 City Council
Consent Calendar and continued indefinitely. Staff will return in the future with a
modified ordinance amending both Title 20 and Title 21 addressing ADUs.
