The Board of Trustees of the City of Ndaport Beach met in spacial
called session for the purpose of considering and taking action on
a proposed new contract with the F.O..Engstrom Company in the matter
of the street lighting system.
The call was read and the clerk certified as to its having been'
properly served.
Roll was called`showing there were present trustees:- W.K.Parkinson,
S .R.Jumper,H.A.Robinson,C.H.'�7ay and O.P.Wilson.Absent None.
City Attorney Bishop reported that the washed out portions of the
lighting system would not according to law fall on the city;but tha
such loss bould Re assumed i it appeared advisable so to do. He
then presentedA Kei}aSMARfswith the F.O.Fngstrom Company coverla;
that portion of the work that it seems wise not to attempt at yhe lAl
present time;and .reported for the committee having the matter /tRa- aM
the contract prepoe9dd meets with their approval and recommends
that same be entered Into.
Moved by trustee S.R.Oumper,seconded by trustee H.A.Robinson and
carried that the report oQ the committee be accepted and adopted
and committee discharged.
Moved by trustee C.H.Way,seconded by trustee H.A.Robinson and
carried that the proposed contract with the F.O.Engstrom Company
be entered into;the same when properly prepared by city Attorney
Bishop;to be executed on the part o4 the city by tho President of t.
Board attested by the Clerk.Said contract to supersede the original
contract on parts of the street lighting affected thereby.

that adjournment be takon sine die. Adjourned.
