City Hall,Newport Beach,Cal.t^ay 4th,1915.
The Board of Trustees of the City of Newport Beach met in adjourned
session 7.30 P.M.Tuesday,May 4th,1915.
President Parkinson called the meeting to order and the roll was
called shoeing there were present trustees :W.K.Parkinson,S.R.Jumper,
C.H31ay and G. P. V9ilson .Absent:trustee,H..A.Robinson.. .
Unfinished business:The following resolution was presented.
Resolution adjourning hearing.
Whereas,the commission heretofore appointed to assess benefits and
damages and to have general supervision of the proposed opening and
extending of Bay Avenue,a public street in the city of Newport Beach
has heretofore made its report;and
Vherea.s,cetain persons have filed objections in writing to the
confirmation of said report and the said objections have heretofore
been duly and regularly fixed and noticed for hearing at the hour of
7.30 P.M.of Monday,the 26th day of Apr11,1915;amd
Whereas,on the said 26th day of April,1915,at the hour of 7.30 P.M.
of that day,on the request of said objectors and by consent of the
city Council of the city of Newport Beach,the said hearing of said
objections was duly and regularly adjourned to the hour of 7.30 P.N.
of Tuesday,May 4th,1915.
Now therefore,at this the hour of 7.30 P.M.of Tuesday,May 4th,1915,
at the council chamber of ,the city council of the city of Newport
Beach,good cause appearing therefor,it.is ordered that the hearing
of the objections in writing to the confirmation of the report of
the commission in the opening and extending of Bay Avenue,a public
street in the city of Newport Beach,be and the same is hereby
adjourned to the hour of 7.30 P ?M.of Monday,the 10th day of May 1915
The adoption of the foregoing resolution .:7as moved by trustee S.R.
Jumber seconded by. trustee C.H.Way and carried by tkie following vote
on roll call;Ayes:trustees : V. K•.Parkinson;S.R.Jumper;C.H."ay and
G. P. Wilson.Noes:None.Absent:trustee H.A.Roninson.
President Parkinson declared resolution adopted.
Moved by trustee S.R.Jumper seconded by trustee C.H.:7ay,and carried,
that adjournmrnt be taken to 7.30 P.M.Manday.Vay 10th,1915.Adjourned
Clerk.
