City Hall,'rewport Beach, CtLl. October 31st, 1916. "SPECI.,L':
The Board of trustees of the city of Nevrport Beach met in special
called session for the purpose of considering the sale of*bonds
329 and 130 Gas Distributing System bonds, to the First S'ational
Bank of Ilewmort Peach.
The Call;
Tho 'Call was read a--.d the Clerk certified as to it's having been
properly served.
Roll Call;
Roll was called showing there were present trustees; S.R.Jumper,
Glenn Helms ,•G.P. "ilson,•H.A.Robinson, J.C.;,:cCain, Absent; Hone.
Motion;
PrIoved by trustee 14-_-Robinson seconded by trustee J.C...IcCain and
carried that the two remaining gas distributing system bonds Nos.
29 and 30 be sold to the First National Bank of Newport Beach
for par and accrued interest as per bid of said bank submitted
September 26th, 1916, and that-the President and Clerk be instructed
and authorised to execute said bonds.

Moved b-- trustee H.A.Robinson seconded b-, trustee G.I'.:'ilson and
carried that adjournment be ta'.ren sine -die. Adjourned.
