The Board of Trustees -.of the City of Newport Beach met in adjourned
session 10 :30 A.M. Tuesday February 20th, 1917,
President Jumper called the meeting to order and the roll was called
showing there were present .trustees, S.R.Jumper, Glenn Helms, H.A.
Robinson, Absent ; trustees, J.C.McCain, and G.P.+ /ilson, Trustee
G.P.9ilson however came later and took part in the subsequent
proceedings.
Reading of the minutes of the meeting of Feby, 19, 1917 was dispensed
with,

UNFINISHED BUSINESS; None,

NEW BUSINESS;
Resolution '69,Moved by trustee G.P.wilson, seconded by
trustee, K.A.Robinson and carried that resolution #69 be passed and
adopted, the same being a resolution of the city of Newport Beach
declaring their intention to improve certain portions of Ocean Avenue
in the said city, forming an assessment district of lands to be
benefited by and to pay the costs and expenses of said proposed
improvements. The roll was called as follows; Ayes; trustees,
S.R.Jumper, Glenn Helms, H.A.Robinson, G.P.Wilson, Noes; None.
Absent; trustee, J.C.McCain. President Jumper thereupon signed and
approved the same and declared resolution r69 passed and adopted.

ng no further business to come before this meeting, it was
moved by trustee, H.A.Robinson seconded by trustee, G.P.,Vilson and
carried that adjournment be taken to 7:30 P.M. Monday, February
