City Hall,Nevrport Bea"ch,Calif., 4.p.m.,April 5,1918.
The Board of Trustees of the City of Newport Beach met at the
place and on the hour above designated.
The roll was called and the following Trustees answered Present'
H. . Robinson ,J.J.Schnitker,Geo.P.Wilson and J.u.Greeley. Absent,
J.C.McCain.
CLERK'S IIOIITHLY REPORT.
The monthly report of the Clerk for the month of kIarch was read
and on motion of Trustee' J.J.Schnitker,seconded by Trustee J.P.
Greeley and carried the same was ordered filed.
ACCEPTANCE OF JETTY.
It was moved by Trustee J.P.Greeley,seconded by Trustee Geo.P.
Wilson and carried that the jetty be accepted as completed as
recommended by Eng.W.K.Barnard.
;ERVICES OF IiT,SPECTOR H.H.BURTOR DISPENSED 7ITH.
By motion made by J.P.Greeley,seconded by Trustee J.J.Schnitker
and carried,the services of r.n.Burton as inspector of construction
of the jetty be-dispensed with.

It Baas moved by Trustee Geo.P.Wilson,seconded by Trustee J.J.
Schnitker that the demand of J.M.Ledbetter o Co.for the amount of
the 10% deductions on the Jetty contract to April lst.be allowed and
a warrant be ordered drawn to cover. Motion carried.
Adjournment.
