SUBJECT: Current Business March 12, 2019, Agenda Item 17 - Professional
Services Agreement with City Net for Homeless Outreach Services
Since the posting of the agenda, the Police Department is requesting a
substitution of the staff report for Item No. 17. The substitute staff report
contains revised language concerning the annual adjustment to billing rates tied
to CPI from three per cent to two per cent and total not -to -exceed amount of
the agreement from $1,061,821.16 to $1,000,000.00.
