There being no further business on motion of Trustee Fred W. Young seconded by Trustee F. B. Modjeska and carried, the meeting adjourned to 7:30 o'clock P. M. of Monday', June 279 7. Pursuant to call thereof by the President of the Board of Trustees of the City of Newport Beach and notice delivered to each member at least three hours before the time specified for the meeting, the Board of Trustees met at the place and on the date above mentioned at 7:30 o'clock P. M. The meeting was called to order by President Conrad Richter. The roll was called showing all the members present except Trustee Fred W. Young. The call was read and the Board proceeded to consider the subjeot for which the meeting was called. The communication from the Jetty Celebration Cbmmittee of the Newport Harbor Chamber of Commerce was read and discussed, and on motion of Trustee'H.'H. Williamson seconded bg Trustee F. B. Modjeska $400.00 was allowed out of the advertising fund for music and publicity for the celebration on June 19, 1927, by the following vote: ' AYES, Trustees L.'S. Wilkinson, F.B. Modjeska, H..H..Williamson, Conrad Richter. NOES, Trustees None. ABSENT, Trustee Fred W. Young. There being no further Modjeska seconded by,Trustee H. meeting adjourned. City Hall, Newport Beach, June 17, 1927- Pursuant to call thereof by the President of the Board of ' Trustees of the City of Newport Beach and notice delivered to each member at least three hours before the time specified for.the meeting, the Board of Trustees met at the place and on the date above mentioned at 5:15 o'clock P. M. The meeting was called to order by President Conrad Richter. The roll was called showing the full Board present. The call was read and the Board proceeded to consider the subjects for which the meeting was called. Building Inspector Fenelon brought up the matter of Mr. Tudor and Garrigues wanting to move some small buildings.from one fire zone to another for the erection of a larger building, and Mr. Fenelon cited the section of the new ordinance prohibiting it, and President Richter also stated that the City Attorney advised that it could not be legally done according to the ordinance, therefore no action was necessary in the matter.
