ATTEST: The City Council of the City of Newport Beach met in special session in the Council Chambers at the City Hall at the hour of 3:00 o'clock P.M. on the above date with Mayor Drake presiding. The roll was called, the following Councilmen answering present: Greeley, Robertson, Blue and Drake. Councilman Isbell being absent. The following call issued by the Mayor was read by the City Clerk: "You and each of you will please take notice that.a special Meeting of the City Council of the City of Newport Beach has been called for and will be held on Friday the 3rd day of December, 1946, at the hour of three o'clock P.M. of said day at the City Hall of Newport Beach and in the Council Chambers thereof. Said meeting is called and will be held for the purpose of considering and acting upon Resolution No. 369 of the City Planning Commission, to -wit: The application of Mr. James H. Roberts for a.50% setback variance on Carnation Avenue, of that portion of an irregular lot in Block "D" including between same and high tide line bordered southwesterly by the harbor and southeasterly by Carnation Avenue, Corona Del Mar, and for the further purpose of considering and acting upon all matters in connection with said Resolution No. 369 of the City Planning Commission."
