Findlay to furnish and install 12 -inch bronze Roman letters Nai<< Letter's r "o?_ City on the City Hall Tower as follows: "NEWPORT BEACH CITY HALL ", to re- H-11 Sir-n. place the present painted "City Hall" sign, at a total cost of $428.50, installed. On motion of Councilman Finch, seconded by Councilman Ramsey, the work was authorized by the following roll call vote: AYES, COUNCILMEN, Finch, Ramsey, Blue, Greeley, Isbell NOES COUNCILMEN: None ABSENT COUNCILMEN: None The City Manager stated that the highest offer he had received ' for the Harbor Department patrol boat, "Paddy ", was $375.00. On motion of Councilman Greeley, seconded by Councilman Blue and carried, authority was granted. The City Manager stated that uniform costs and cleaning ex- penses were working an undue hardship on uniformed members of the Police Uniform 7.loz,�.nce Force, and recommended a $$10.00 monthly allowance for uniform upkeep. for )olice On motion of Councilman Finch, seconded by Councilman Blue, the request was granted by the following roll call vote: AYES, COUNCILMEN: Finch, Ramsey, Blue, Greeley, Isbell NOES, COUNCILMEN: None ABSENT COUNCILMEN: None The City Manager requested permission to take a week's vacation beginning December 24th, and that City Manager J.
