Minutes approved On motion of Councilman Isbell, seconded by Councilman Bennett, and carried, the reading of the minutes was waived and they were declared approved as written. On motion of Councilman Isbell, seconded by Councilman Finch, certain demands were approved and ordered paid, having been approved Certain demands approved by the Finance Committee, by the following roll call vote, to wit:, AYES, COUNCILMEN: Smith, Finch, Isbell, Bennett, Miller NOES, COUNCILMEN: None ABSENT COUNCILMEN: None COMMUNICATIONS: . The Park, Beach and Recreation Commission recommended the P.B.&R. Comm. requested paving of a walk down the south side of Carnation Avenue, Corona del sidewalk down So. side Mar, the work to be done by the Street Department at a cost estimated of Carnation Ave. at between $250 -300. • Work ordered done. On motion of Councilman Finch, seconded by Councilman Bennett, and carried, the communication was ordered filed. On motion of Councilman Finch, seconded by Councilman Bennett, the recommendation was approved and the work ordered done by the following roll call ' vote, to wit: AXES, COUNCILMEN: Smith, Finch, Isbell, Bennett, Miller. It was pointed out that this lot has first priority in the Orange County Master Plan for park development and on motion of Councilman Smith, seconded by Councilman Finch and carried, Mr. Nannestad's request was referred to the City Man- ager for investigation and report.
