Attyo instructed to take limited to ownership of water bearing land within the boundaries necessary steps to withdraw of the district. E The City Attorney stated that an agreement should be reached with Joseph Rossi for an easement over his property in Corona del Mar. On motion of Councilman Broering, seconded by Councilman Bennett, the City Attorney was instructed to draft the required easement and agreement by the following roll call vote, ' to wit: AYES, COUNCILMEN: Broering, Smith, Bennett, Hill. NOES, COUNCILMEN: None ABSENT COUNCILMEN: None • 1 0 1 1 n LJ The City Manager reported that under date of August 12th, Mr. Stroller- White, 217 galone Ave, Balboa Island, had been notified by the City Engineer to remove steps by September 1st on the wall of the Grand Canal in front of Lot 5, Block 7, Section V, Balboa Island. Mr. V. C. Stiefel, present owner of the property at 208 Grand Canal, was granted a permit for float at that address as per standard plans submitted, on motion of Councilman Bennett, seconded by Councilman Broering and carried.
