Roll Call The roll was called, the following members being present: Councilmen Bennett, Wilder, MacKay, Stoddard, Higbie, Ridderhof and Hill. Reading of Minutes On motion of Councilman Bennett, seconded by Councilman Ridderhof waived, and carried, the reading of the minutes of the previous meeting was waived and they were approved as written.
