Adjourned regular The City Council of the City of Newport Beach met in adjourned regular
session. session in the Council Chamber of the City Hall at the hour of 4 :00 P.M.
Roll call. The roll was called, the following memebers being present: Councilmen
Bennett, MacKay, Stoddard and Hill. Councilmen Wilder, Higbie and Ridderhof
being absent.
