Mayor Stoddard called the meeting to order and re-:

examined each apartment, the structure'of the
building, the stairways, the electrical outlets,
the wiring and plumbing, the garage area the

condition of the wooden supports, the mold in

some of the rooms, the walks and outer appearance
of the building.
