1. The request of Attorney Harry Ashton for ;
Council approval of a modification of Clause
XI of the lease dated May 5, 1959, between
Amendment the County of Orange and George P. Carver,
to County (County Dock property), said modification
Dock Lease clarifying the rights of the mortgagee or
C -513 beneficiary of a trust deed given as security;
