Krieg to rezone Lots 24 to. 46,, inclusive, Block, 1, Tract No. 518, from an R -1 to an R -2 District,. located at 1501 to 1589 Krieg Miramar Drive, Balboa. The Planning Commission's rezoni g recommendation for denial. of said application was pre - CA 10 rented. Attorney Robert Hurwitz, representing the petitioner, spoke from the audience requesting the continuance of the hearing. Councilman Somers, read .a letter from the Balboa Peninsula Point Association, addressed to him an dated.
