All Ayes HEARINGS: 1. (Agenda Item E -1) Mayor Stoddard opened a public hearing regarding the request of Ralph P. Maskey for a 12 foot exit on Clubhouse Avenue from his parking lot, located at 510 Clubhouse Avenue; Lot 3, Block 532, Canal Sec- tion. Letters from the following individuals opposing Mr. Maskey's proposal were presented: Zella Autry, Mrs. Ina Franklin, Mrs. Leonard La Vaute. A letter was presented from Phil and Eileen Rapp, owners of prop- erty adjoining subject lot, approving of the access on Clubhouse Avenue. The Clerk read the letters from Mrs. Franklin, Mrs. La Vaute, and Mr. and Mrs. Rapp. A letter was presented stating that the Planning Commis- sion unanimously approved the request of Mr. Ralph P. Maskey. Mr. Ralph Maskey spoke from the audience, and his pictures depicting the present status of the park- ing lot, fences, and plantings were presented. No one else desired to speak from the audience. The Motion x hearing was closed.
