Minutes of SPECIAL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL
Date of Meeting: February 6, 1964
Time of Meeting: 10:00 A. M.

Roll Call:
Mayor Hart called the Special Council Meeting to order.
The Clerk stated that a Consent and Waiver to hold the
Special Meeting had been signed by all the Councilmen, and
she read the purposes for the meeting as set out in the
Notice of Meeting.
The City Attorney summarized the provisions of a propc
tcontract with the Santa Ana Country Club. A discussion
was had.
Resolution No. 5909, authorizing the execution of a con-
tract with the Santa Ana Country Club, was adopted.
The meeting was adjourned at 10: 12 A. M.
