M. on Saturday and Sunday with. the .condition that the landing area be confined to the basketball court behind the main building,. and that the helicopter Motion x landings and take -offs be to and from the east generall , All Ayes Discussion was had regarding the Council desire to refund the $200 license fee paid for the Community Youth Center carnival for charitable purposes. Since it would be impossible to amend the Ordinance in time to legally refund the money, the purchase of a booth at the carnival at a cost of $200 to display the Freeway documents was considered. It was directed that -the City purchase -a booth at sub- ject carnival at a cost of $200, since .there is no Motion stipulated way, to .waive or refund the license fee in the Ayes x x x x x amount of $200 for the non - profit charitable event. A copy of agendas for meetings of Orange County Boar of Supervisors held June 23, 24 and 30, July 1, 7 and 8. 3. A copy of Resolution of Orange County Board of Super- visors adopted .Tune 16, 1964 indicating that the County Counsel, in collaboration with City Attorney of New- port Beach, prepared a draft of a. County . Ordinance relating to harbors. and beaches which was reviewed by the Harbor Commission and that revisions were in- corporated in the draft, and the Board approved the proposed Ordinance as revised, and directed that it be submitted to the Small Craft Harbors Commission. 4.
