Lon Alex Bowie and Dennis Menke, attorneys at law, of the Is firm of Rutan and Tucker, representing Kadane Oil Company, spoke from the audience objecting to the' proposed development. Councilman Marshall rephrased her motion to approve the Tentative Map for Tract No. 5711 subject to all the Planning Commission conditions and all Public Works Department conditions, with the exception of No. 10, with the understanding that the problems about the standard parkway and the sidewalk can be adjusted when the Final Map is presented. Mr. Hancock Banning, representing the owners of the act fee simple interest of the property, spoke from the audience. The Tentative Map for Tract No. 5711 was approved subject to all the conditions of the Planning Commission and all the conditions of the Public Works Department with the exception of No. 10, with the understanding that the problems about the standard parkway and the sidewalk can be adjusted when the Final Map is presented, and the additional condition that Bluff Motion x Road be improved to Pacific Coast Highway to provide Ayes x x x x x adequate entrance to the Tract.
