HEARINGS:
Mayor Gruber opened the continued public hearing in
connection with the Preliminary Annual Budget for the
Fiscal Year 1966 -67. Mayor Gruber informed the audience
they could speak or ask questions at any time during the
hearing. No one desired to speak from the audience.
The City Manager was commended on the preparation of
the Preliminary Budget as submitted.
1. Brief consideration was given to the City Manager's
letter of transmittal.
2. Brief consideration was given to Summaries - Munici-
pal Trends, All Funds, Operating Expeniture
Estimates, Revenue Estimates, Proposed Operating
Expenditure, Proposed Personnel Cost, Fund Trans-
fers, Estimated Year End Fund Balances, Municipal
Revenue Trends, Municipal Operating Expenditure
Trends, and Assessed Valuation & Tax Rate Trends.
Councilman Shelton arrived at 8: 12 P.M.
3. Consideration was given to the City Council- Legislativ
Budget, Activity No. 0100.
It was directed that the Rivers and Harbors Congress,
